1.4 million EUR funding for dance documentation system

The "Kulturstiftung des Bundes" is funding the project "Motion Bank" by William Forsythe in the years 2010-2013 with a total of 1.4 million €. Aim is the development of a notation system for dance and building a digital library for dance scores. Forsythe is working with the "Advanced Computing Center for the Arts and Design" at the "Ohio State University" (take a look at synchronousobjects.osu.edu). Well, congratulations and good luck!

Choreographica wins award

Choreographica has been awarded by the "Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie" with a prize of 5.000 EUR at the "Gründerwettbewerb – Mit Multimedia erfolgreich starten". Well it’s not the money, it’s the honour.

Release rescheduled

Development of Choreographica has been rescheduled to 2010.

The product and the web site is still in construction. But after finishing my study's I have to move to my new product web site: www.choreographica.com. So stay tuned.

Development resumed

The development of my old Computer Choreology/Choreography Project was discontinued after Jobs trashed the Newton PDA. Now, as technology has advanced, and I by chance finished my study's, the project has been restarted from the scratch.
